Wild Alaskan Weathervane scallops are plump and buttery with a sweet flavor. Searing scallops only enhances this sweet taste. Each pack contains roughly 10-20 jumbo scallops vacuum sealed in 1.25 lb bags. These are the largest of the Weathervane scallops and have a luscious texture and buttery taste.
Scallops cook quickly and are best pan seared, grilled, or sauteed.
