Wild Bristol Bay, Alaska flash frozen sockeye salmon fillets. Each salmon is hand-picked, bled, and floated in chilled 32-degree sea water aboard our gillnet boat F/V Ellie Maye. These salmon are then delivered to the processing facility for filleting, pin bone removal, vacuum sealing, and flash freezing to seal in that fresh "off the boat flavor and texture". These fillets are of highest quality and premium sushi grade. Fillets remain fresh for two years from pack date if kept frozen. 

25 lbs is approximately 18 fillets. 

Late Summer/Fall Pick-up info

Specific dates/times/locations for pre-order pick-ups will continue to be updated. Our sockeye harvest usually ends in early August. There is a bit of time to ensure all of our summer's harvest makes its way to our hometown of Valdez. Coordinating, shipping, and logistics of transport from Bristol Bay at times may take longer than anticipated. We plan to distribute our catch on the given dates below but please know that these dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control. At times, shipments of our frozen fish may take longer so we please ask for your patience and understanding if delivery dates need to be adjusted. We will do our best to keep everyone updated should any delay happen. 

We will begin offering Fall, Winter, & Spring pick-ups throughout the year so you can enjoy fresh sockeye salmon year-round. Please select one of the following locations to pick-up your pre-order.

Growler Bay Brewing: August 16th, 2024 from 4-9 pm 

We will also be hosting a complimentary sockeye salmon dinner prepared by local chef - Matt Cress of Serendipity Supper Club. This is a free customer appreciation dinner for all pre-orders and (depending on supply) orders placed on August 16th in person. We can't wait to share this delicious sockeye salmon dish with you all. Details soon to follow.
