These delicious Alaskan black rockfish fillets are harvested off the coast of Kodiak island and carefully processed by our friends at Kodiak Wildsource. We've partnered with this small processor because we've toured the plant ourselves and love their attention to detail. They work with a small fleet of fisherman and provide beautifully harvested rockfish that are filleted and vacuum sealed. Perfect for any meal.
Alaskan black rockfish is known for its firm, flaky texture and buttery soft taste. Rockfish is excellent sauteed, roasted, grilled, or broiled. Rockfish are frequently used for making tacos.

PRICING - The price of the rockfish itself is unchanged. The increased price reflects the FedEx shipping costs. Your box of rockfish will arrive in an insulated cooler box with gel packs to keep your fish frozen throughout shipping the process.
