Wild Bristol Bay, Alaska flash frozen sockeye salmon portioned fillets. Each salmon is hand-picked, bled, and floated in chilled 32-degree sea water aboard our gillnet boat F/V Ellie Maye. These salmon are then delivered to the processing facility for filleting, vacuum sealing, and flash freezing to seal in that fresh "off the boat flavor and texture". These portions are of highest quality and premium sushi grade. Portions remain fresh for two years from pack date if kept frozen.
10 lbs is approximately 25 portions. Each portion is approximately 6 oz and individually vacuum sealed.
FALL FEDEX SHIPPING - Fall FedEx shipping will begin at the end of September. We will begin shipping out orders in the order we receive them. We will contact you when your order is planning to ship out with FedEx tracking numbers. Your box will arrive to your doorstep overnight from Anchorage.
PRICING - The price of the salmon itself is unchanged. The increased price reflects the FedEx shipping costs. Your box of salmon will arrive in an insulated cooler box with gel packs to keep your fish frozen throughout the shipping process.
